First 3DS Game with DLC? Theatrhythm
Posted by Paul - Fri 01/20 2012 - 12:09 PM - 463 Views |
|

Thanks to some pics that surfaced of some dummy box art, we now know it has paid download content, as well as support for what may be a new Nintendo online service. The back of the box says that the game supports download content via the internet. The fine print notes that the download content is paid.
Theatrhythm hits on February 16th in Japan, making it the first 3DS game to make use of the paid transaction support Nintendo added to the system in a firmware update late last year. Nobody knows yet what the "Nintendo Network" is all about, but I'm sure more will be discussed around the Theatrhythm release. Source: https://twitter.com/#!/joshua_x_/st...345260759859200 |
